Happy Easter, five days late. Whatever. This is the most posts I've had in one month for a while. Are you proud of me? I am. I almost didn't make it. But here I am.
We had a great Easter weekend. All of Tim's family were in town and we had a blast.
First, the Easter bunny made a visit to our house.
I can't remember why he is crying, but it is fake. So don't feel too sorry for him. But you can discuss how stinkin' cute he is.
All pretty for church.
All the grandkids and Grandma and Grandpa Blood! It was a crazy fun weekend, but so worth the chaos. Love you guys!
James would not do a solo pic or even look at the camera with a grumpy face. He missed out.

Easter and Conference and Birthdays. Oh my!

Happy Easter from our family to yours! We hope you enjoyed your Easter Sunday with loved ones. We sure did. The cousins were super excited about their egg hunt.
Jacob even joined in on the fun.
Colin's 5th birthday was yesterday. So we had one action packed Sunday between Easter, Conference and birthdays. We got to choose between cake and cinnamon rolls for dessert. Would it be shameful if I admitted that I chose both?
Molly came up to me and said, "Even though Emily is the oldest, she can't do cartwheels."
Me: "Can you do cartwheels?"
Molls: "Yes, and I'm really, really good at them. Watch." Well, after I watched her, I had to do a few. They are so fun and make you feel young. James is an expert cartwheeler. Or whatever. Somersaults are more his thing.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter from Matthew and James!

Matthew was very proud of his "lightning" egg.

James wanted his picture taken with an egg, too.

Dye, Easter Eggs, Dye!

Tonight was Matthew's first time dying Easter eggs.  We had such a good time.
The whole family got in on it.
James was in it for the food.
Matthew loved every second of it.  He was REALLY hands on.
I also gained an appreciation for the patience of my mom.
