Last year I bought a dining room table off of Craig's List with the intention of refinishing it. I got it around the beginning of December. I first started with refinishing the chairs. I bought new fabric for the cushions and spray painted the chairs black. Before I got started on the table I found I was pregnant. Although I wanted to finish the table, I didn't think it was the best idea to use spray paint and polyurethane, especially in my first trimester. Well, my first trimester turned into my second and then my third. Table still unfinished. Well I have finally finished it, almost a year later. But it's done and I love it.
Here's a before of the table:
The chair before. Check out the lovely floral print. Can't believe I changed it.
And after! It looks like a totally different dining set. And I love it. And I just realized how badly that light fixture needs to be changed now. Not the cobwebs, those are there on purpose.
Matthew and James always like getting in on the picture taking action.
I've been putting up our Fall/Halloween decor and James has loved putting some fake rats in the bird cage. But he stays clear of the fake tarantulas. They look a little too real.

Amazing work with the table. I love it!!!
Love it! I still think it would have looked better if you would have left the floral print on the chairs.
Matthew's picture looks like he was running around the house, stopped 1 second for a picture, then took off again. He's so cute.
That's funny that you said that about Matthew because that is exactly what happened.
I LOVE THE TABLE!
Nice work.........
The table looks fantastic!!! Great job!!!
On a side note.... How is it I didn't know you were pregnant?!?! I'm looking through your pictures and notice you've got another little baby boy. I'm thinking there's only one baby there and it's obviously a boy so it can't be Lindsay's new one... I can't believe I'm just finding this out!!!
Congrats!!! I'm so happy for you guys!!!
nice job with the table! It totally looks great. Way to go!
