Happy Birthday to you! James actually turned 1 on the 13th, but because I was in Utah, we decided to throw a little party for him on the 19th. He loved his very own birthday cake. He took it slow at first. Savoring every bite.
Then he threw off his hat and got down to business. Ah, a boy after my own heart. Chocolate. And pounds of frosting.
Matthew took this pic. I thought it was a great shot of him up close.

Can you even believe he is 1 - That is crazy. I am sad I missed you when you came to Utah - It looks you like you had so much fun.
Love the pictures! That was such a cute party MOnica, and Matthew is such a budding photographer. I love the pictures he took,but i'm not so jazzed about that picture of me. I have a double side chin that i'm not loving. Now he just needs to learn how the edit the pictures.

Time does certainly fly when you are having fun!! Great job on the decoating, the plates are awesome! And good luck with Matthew's cake design...i don't worry about you with your creative mind.
